お仕事

Through garden design and the beauty of plants, I hope to bring small moments of joy and color into everyday life. Sharing how plants can brighten and uplift our days — that’s my mission.

Over the years, I’ve worked across private gardens, nursery care, and both Japanese and New Zealand landscape design studios — experiences that shape the way I approach each project with care and a deep sensitivity to nature.

庭のデザインと植物の美しさを通して、日々の暮らしにささやかな喜びと彩りを届けたいと思っています。植物が私たちの毎日を明るく、やさしくしてくれる——そんなことを伝えるのが、私の活動の中心です。

これまで、個人邸の庭づくり、ナーセリーでの植物管理、そして日本とニュージーランド両方のランドスケープデザイン事務所での経験を重ねてきました。そうした背景が、自然への深い感受性と丁寧な姿勢で、ひとつひとつのプロジェクトに向き合う私のスタイルを形づくっています。

My experience includes designing private gardens, creating seasonal display gardens for public spaces commissioned by companies, producing sketches for professional horticultural catalogs, and writing gardening columns for magazines and websites — all to share the joy of gardens in everyday life.

実際の個人邸のお庭のデザインをはじめ、企業からの依頼で公共施設での季節イベントの庭設計、園芸プロ向けのカタログ用スケッチ、雑誌やウェブサイトでの園芸コラムで庭の楽しみ方を紹介してきました。

I design gardens that honor harmony with nature and a quiet connection with plants. From intimate home gardens to larger spaces, I focus on plant selection and spatial flow to create places of calm and comfort. This section features a selection of projects I’ve worked on.

自然との調和、植物との共生を大切にした庭づくりをしています。小さな個人庭から広い敷地まで、その土地に合った植物の選定と空間の構成を通して、静かで心地よい「居場所」をデザインしています。ここでは、これまで関わったプロジェクトの一部をご紹介します。

Over the past 20 years, I’ve created illustrations for a wide range of publications — from lifestyle and gardening magazines to books, corporate advertisements, and promotional materials.

I currently continue to illustrate regularly for ‘Shumi no Engei’, published by NHK Publishing.

過去２０年に渡り、ライフスタイル系から園芸系まで、雑誌や本の挿絵や企業の広告イメージ、チラシ制作などを請け負ってきました。
